As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist at Noventiq, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales process. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, understanding the needs of prospective clients and crafting tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your deep understanding of our products/services and their technical capabilities will be instrumental in demonstrating value to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance to clients during pre-sales engagements, understanding their requirements and proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
2. Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions that address the unique challenges and goals of each prospect, leveraging our products/services effectively.
3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features, functionality, and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
4. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and execution of proof of concept initiatives, demonstrating the feasibility and value of our solutions in real-world scenarios.
5. Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including proposals, solution architectures, and technical specifications, to support the sales process and ensure clear communication with clients.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
7. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to the sales team and contributing to product development strategies.
8. Sales support: Proactively work with the sales team in mapping the customer requirements and profile and supporting with qualification of opportunities and closure.
9. Partner engagement : Proactively work with respective Principle vendors to understand new and relevant offerings and aligning with OEM expectations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role, preferably with good exposure to Microsoft ( M365, Azure ) , AWS and IT Infrastructure solutions for private, public or a hybrid cloud environment.
3. Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Azure, AWS and on-premises infrastructure with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and events.
