- Manage the configuration and operation of the above platform s components (Applications, DB, Add-ons) and match them with best vendor practices as well as security best practices.
- Plan and implement the above platform s components upgrade as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Will be the focal point for the above platform s vendors; That include managing the vendor relations and the event escalation matrix.
- Monitor the systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns related to the above platform s components.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests related to the above platforms.
- Provide technical support for the above platforms and respond to platform related issues that users encounter.
- Administrate the privileged accounts for the above platforms according to MoF security standers and handle all users and service accounts by adding/deleting/modifying.
- Ensure successful system backups/ recovery activities for the above platform components hand to hand with backup administrators.
