What You Will Do
- Ensure the production planning team behavior complies with Ecolab’s high safety standards and are active participants in improving the plant’s safety culture.
- Manage, train, and coach the production planning team to drive continuous improvement of the production planning process and manage the PP&D process for direct reports.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve results for plant efficiency and service metrics. Work with appropriate groups to improve inputs to the process and ensure master data is maintained.
- Participate in the monthly supply meeting on behalf of the plant as part of the S&OP process.
