• Review woks progress & plans for infrastructure land side.
• Interface coordination among main contractor and other Novated contractors deployed directly with the client.
• Continuously monitoring, against approved schedules, the contractors major construction progress.
• Review of contractors monthly & weekly reports.
• Review & evaluation of contractors site progress and identifying delays
• identifying delays and issuing of delay notices
