We are looking for a Planner to work in Saudi Arabia.Selected candidate(s) will be interviewed in the upcoming Saudi Aramco US & UK Workshop for Industrial Training Department (ITD,) Unconventional resources (UR) and Community Services.

Minimum Job requirements
| Bachelors degree in Engineering is essential.

12+ Years professional experience - at least 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical industries preferably with Saudi Aramco projects.
|
|
Must be able to communicate well in both written and oral English.
|
|
Familiar with the requirements of Saudi Aramco scheduling manual.
|
|
Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera Project Planner as well as Microsoft Office.
|
Selection criteria
| Minimum of ten (12) years of related experience in Construction Project Management in Projects for Oil and Gas Industries, Related work Experience and Training, educational background, Technical and soft skills and represents a professional Personality.
|
Preferred major study in the bachelor degree
| B.S. degree in Engineering is recommended
|

| Experienced in below functions:

|
Development of various levels of schedule for a company business plan including implementation, control and maintenance in order to meet the required timeline.
|
Supervises and coordinates overall planning, control and appraisal of the project as defined by the approved scope.
|
Interface with other organizations, engineering, project management and corporate planning.
|
Coordinate with contractors for the development of execution schedule including all planning deliverables like progress curves and resource requirements and assignments.
|
Coordinate with contractors for the preparation of progress measurement system, cash flow requirements and others as required by the Company.
|
Evaluate performance, prepare progress reports, accommodates updates and changes to schedules, monitor project timelines and deadlines, recommend actions to complete projects within budget and schedule.
|
Reviews and evaluates planning and scheduling information issued by project management teams and contractors.
|
Provide periodic reports requirements for management consumption as well as for company records.
|
Preferred certificate
| Any approved certificate in the field of Engineering will be preferable
