Process routine Petrol Station Supply operations documentation and information in order to support efficient operations in distribution.
Collate and/or summarize data from readily available sources and produce routine reports, schedules and summaries, seeking additional information where necessary, in order to support fuel PS Supply operations.
Prepare the PS distribution report on a monthly basis covering all products and quantities supplied to the specific customers during the previous month.
Knowledge of Fuel Distribution Processes including operations analysis and logistics
Experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
