Job Description
Req ID : 769415
- Insert new employees in the Personnel Database ensuring the accuracy of all data.
- Update employees’ data and bank account numbers in the HR System.
- Ensure the correctness of Job Offers of new hires and inform the Head of People Operations Department for some variance on contracts prepared by the recruitment team.
- Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Receive and review Leave Request Forms from various departments/sections and check employee’s entitlements.
