Job Description

- Act as an end to end accountable and ambassador from the People Function's side toward the designated units.
- Execute on global and local people processes within the designated units in Digital Services across various SME areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Planning and Analytics, People Operations).
- Facilitate execution of organizational change initiatives and programs in MMEA Digital Services as well as in Saudi Arabia.
- Support and co-lead employee engagement initiatives in the country (Saudi Arabia) as well as in Digital Services.
- Ensure local stakeholder management and compliance.
- Represent People Function on local management and governance teams.
