- Develop export channels and contribute to the increase of revenue & profits for the Parts department.
- Develop the parts export channel and to achieve the set targets
- Conduct trade visits, to generate new customers
- Receive & record the orders from the customers by phone, email and by direct call sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate & competitive parts quotation.
