• In your daily duties youll be ensuring proper staffing levels in the respective units, while ensuring quality care through the leadership and mentoring you provide to staff

Director of Med/Surg and ICU Qualifications

• Associate level degree in Nursing, Bachelor s degree Preferred
  
• Current, unencumbered New Mexico or compact state Nursing License (or eligible)
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  
• 5 years of clinical experience
  
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
  
• This position requires the ability to take call
