- Supervise the Finance teams based at outstations to ensure compliance to KAC Financial and Administrative regulations, timely response to queries / clarifications, troubleshoot / resolve disputes and where required coordinate with other Departments at Head Office to ensure Finance function at Outstations delivers on its objective.
- Ensure timely monthly / annual closing of accounting system by the outstation team. the and ensure accuracy of JD Edwards entries by Outstation account team. Review all outstation contracts with vendors and GSA and ensure it reflects the financial requirements of KAC.
- Facilitate recruitment, train, coach, manage performance and manage the administrative requirements of Finance teams at outstations and HO.
