Job Description

- Know the prices of all our menu items
- Properly pronounce all menu items
- Maintain the computerized Work Order System
- Answer the telephone within prescribed number of rings
- Correctly enter all pertinent information of an order including special items, cooking meat instructions, no seasoning (MSG, salt)
- To maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the cabin and computer terminals
- To assist the Butler team at all the times ensuring continual communication and coordinates the entire request comes from the floors responsible for private bar
- To assist superiors in maintaining standards by communicating any challenges in work areas
- To liaise closely with the Team Leaders for requisitions and replenishment of the Stationary and other stores
- To ensure that all the guest request, requirements and private bar postings are managed in a professional manner and reports are maintained for all such activities
