ORACLE FUSION HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - ARABIC SPEAKER

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and system functionalities.
• Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needs including Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits Compensation and other modules.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Develop comprehensive functional design documents including specifications for system customization and integration.
• Lead or assist in system testing activities including unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to client stakeholders including endusers administrators and managers.
• Create and maintain project documentation including system configurations business processes and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product updates new features and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication professionalism and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
• Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Handson experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration customization and integration.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Experience with system testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
