- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering or a related subject.
- 4-6 years of experience and / or a combination of experience and education.
- Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administration activities.
- Install, patch, and upgrade the Oracle software, to meet end user needs.
- Monitor the performance of the Oracle/SQL databases for performance issues and recommend the appropriate corrective measures.
- Manage the Database and Application users, Schema objects and Database Security.
- Create database backups on a regular basis and perform any recovery, as necessary.
- Perform biweekly cloning of non-production instances or as required
