- Managing the day-to-day co-packing operations
- Develop New Customer Base Business and Expand business with new customers
- Managing the supervisors and production team and labors
- Coordinating with the labor companies, packaging suppliers, customers' logistics teams, and trucking companies.
- Ensuring quality delivery of all jobs as per the customers requirements
- Ensuring that all jobs are carried out in a safe and GMP standard manner.
- Manage and maintain all operations, safety and quality processes as per the company SOPs.
- Provide cost structures for each job that includes, labor, productivity, consumables and packaging costs.
