Job Description

  1. Lead and manage a team of content moderators who are fluent in Urdu. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development. Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members' performance.
  2. Develop and implement content moderation strategies tailored to the needs of the Urdu-speaking community. Continuously assess and improve moderation processes, workflows, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Establish and maintain quality standards for content moderation. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and legal requirements. Provide feedback and implement corrective measures as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, and Community Management, to contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation policies and guidelines specifically for Urdu content.
  5. Identify training needs and develop training programs to equip content moderators with the necessary knowledge and skills. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance their understanding of cultural nuances, emerging trends, and policy updates.
