- Functionally reporting to the General Manager regarding overall progress of workshop and office operations.
- To ensure the efficient and effective management of the activities carried out in the workshop and office which includes the facilities, plant management and operational activities.
- To supervise workshop tasks, with emphasize on planning, preparation, execution, efficiency and discipline.
- To manage and control day to day production activities to ensure that the jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- To ensure that all jobs are within budget and provide regular feedback to the General Manager on over runs and profitability of jobs.
