- Set and implement the company operational policies, procedures, and KPIs for all operations centers to follow, including (but not limited to) procurement, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management and customer service
- Working with country managers to help them achieve their operational goals and ensure they adhere to our policies and procedures
- Working with senior management and function heads to ensure the operations strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy
