- To participate in the reception of clinic as and when necessary to maintain the service. Welcome patients and visitors to the area and keep them informed of any developments that may affect the time of their appointment.
- To ensure that the clinic is fully prepared and staffed. And to supervise and be responsible for the administrative team on a day-to-day basis.
- Organise and implement administrative teams’ rotas in order to ensure the clinic is adequately covered and all associated clinic administrative activity is completed in a timely manner. And to co-ordinate planned absences and ensure team functionality continues.
