Job Description

- Work, and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry, and receives the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product
- Work closely with the team to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational Food and Beverage team
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for setting up new places
- Involved in Kitchen layout and able to develop menu
- P&L responsibility. Purchasing. Responsible for HR, hiring and retention activities
- Income statements and other accounting related tasks in cooperation with the Chief Accountant
- Overall management of the company
- Manage operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy
