- Support to define, drive and execute the operational strategy set out by the company
- Be responsible for quality operations and continuous optimization of kitchen and store performance
- Act as role model to your team and be “obsessed” with everything that relates to food quality, exceptional customer service and team success
- Be accountable for people in your area – involved in recruitment, training, coaching and motivation of your team
- Take accountability for success and satisfaction of brands operated in your stores
- Own business planning, sales and profit (P&L) of his/her respective area
- Collaborate with all Kitopi functions to facilitate effective flow of information between kitchens and the support team
