Operations Manager - Expertise Recruitment

DUTIES AND RESONPONSIBILITIES: 1. Operations Oversight: Supervise and manage theoperations of the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronicsdivisions ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing supply chainand distribution in both areas. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategiesthat align with the companys overall goals for both the Home Appliances and ConsumerElectronics sectors focusing on costeffective production inventorymanagement and quality control. 3 Team Leadership: Lead guide and motivate operational teams inboth divisions ensuring productivity efficiency and compliance with quality standards in theproduction of home appliances and consumer electronics. 4.Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures forboth product lines maintaining high standards and adherence to industry regulations and safetystandards. 5. Supply ChainManagement: Manage the supply chain activities for both divisionsoverseeing procurement logistics inventory management anddistribution to ensure timely delivery and optimal productcondition for home appliances and consumer electronics. 6. Process Improvement: Continuouslyidentify and implement opportunities to improve operationalprocesses and efficiency in both the home appliances and consumerelectronics segments integrating best practices and emergingtechnologies where applicable. 7. Budget and Resource Management: Manage operational budgets forboth divisions identifying cost saving opportunities andefficiently allocating resources to maximize operationalefficiency. 8. CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams includingR&D Marketing Sales and Customer Service to ensurecoordination and alignment across departments for both homeappliances and consumer electronics. 9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIsfor both divisions track performance and prepare regular reportsfor management review covering both home appliances and consumerelectronics operations.
