Organisation Unit Purpose: To develop and manage the online channel strategy and financial services for the bank. To manage products and projects from concepts to production, and have capacity to work with and influence diverse functional lines of business and technology groups. To work on revamping the channel and introducing new technology for making the channel more agile and enriched with features that will source new leads/sales and move from service to sales oriented channel To work closely with different business lines, including consumer banking, card services, private banking, etc. To introduce new options on the online channel in order to be easily accessible and viable for servicing customers To manage the project implementation with liaison with different internal and external parties, to ensure the success of the implementation, in alignment with business strategy To track performance and improve the penetration of this channel in line with departmental targets Job Purpose: Develop product roadmap, product development, product rollouts, pricing strategy, product marketing and communications. Develop and maintain product policies and procedures to comply with bank policy and external regulation. Analyze product usage, refine existing features based on market research, key insights, data, trends, case studies, and competitive research. Provide product documentation and training, and serve as the subject matter expert concerning the designated product and/or product line. Manage IT, external vendor (if any), testing resources, and service level agreements. Other projects as assigned.
