Offshore Structural Engineer

This is a remote position.

Our company s mission is to facilitate the joy and ease of travel for people of all ages. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Hospitality Consultant to work remotely. We plan trips and tours for travelers from all over the world and create exciting itineraries. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for travel who will do the following for clients:

• Book airfare
  

• Book home pickup limousine service and airport transfers
  

• Make cruise line reservations
  

• Book pre & post hotel stays
  

• Communicate with clients via phone and email
  

• Assist clients in making reservations and payments over the phone
  

• Manage client invoicing, final payment reminders and cancellations
  

• Process cancellations and assist travelers in filing travel insurance claims
  

• Prepare trip documents for clients
  

• Help clients prepare for their upcoming tours by answering questions regarding their trip, managing any special requests
