- The OCONUS Program Manager will be responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of OCONUS activities, including financial and staffing aspects of the program.
- They will also maintain OCONUS contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing or coordinating through supervisors of functional contracting team leads.
- The Program Manager will be required to interact with military personnel, other contractors, and U.S. Government employees on a regular basis.
- They will assist the Primary Program Manager with establishing and maintaining technical and financial reports on an as needed basis; furthermore, they are expected to organize and assign responsibilities to OCONUS subordinates, and oversee the successful completion of all OCONUS assigned tasks.
