Role Description

This is an international nursing job based in Bahrain for a Nurse Supervisor/ Nurse Manager who will oversee the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as manage administrative tasks and develop clinical protocols. The Nurse Supervisor/ Nurse Manager will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• At least 5 years of nursing management/administration experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a must(Master's degree preferred)
• A current and valid Nursing license
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing and healthcare industry standards and best practice
• Experience in managing a diverse group of nursing staff
