- Requires close collaboration with counterparts and stakeholders, internal and external, foreign and domestic.
- Identifying and understanding customer needs and then prioritizing the team’s focus to enable the greatest impact for The Boeing Company.
- Oversee the execution of next generation metals technology development activities and their introduction into the supply chain and onto production systems.
- Responsible for engaging key Boeing Huntsville site based programs and growing the BR&T Metal’s Team’s presence and regional impact.
- Accountable for capturing and executing on Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) work statement as well as engagement with global BR&T centers.
