As a Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter, you will be working remotely from any part of the world, bringing your unique perspective to our diverse and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, fostering candidate relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your daily duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and offering strategic hiring solutions. You will also play a key role in maintaining data integrity in our applicant tracking system and providing regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
