- Required SharePoint Admin Application Support is responsible for the Administrate, maintenance and support of SharePoint farms, Portals and applications. SharePoint configuration, administration, support and maintenance Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues in SharePoint applications Troubleshoot and provide support resolution for issues in Microsoft project servers EPM. Installing, supporting and upgrade of SharePoint farms and other Portal applications. Administrate, Monitoring and Troubleshooting SharePoint portals servers and applications. SharePoint server s CU patching, security updates installations and configurations for all farms. Provide users with assistance in problem determination and resolution escalate problems as specified by the Service Levels Participate On Call support beyond business hours on rotation, for priority 1 issues as necessary Coordinate with Level 3 support team for the issues requiring code changes.
