- Proficient in QMS, ISO 9001, 29001, 140001, OHSAS 18001, and API Q2
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of project management methods and project governance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project governance policies and procedures
- Experience of developing and implementing project assurance processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of project management tools such as Prince2 or Agile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Knowledge in various Quality tools, Six Sigma and lean process
- Demonstrated experience in Auditing Projects organizations. Certified Lead Quality Auditor is a plus
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
