Be The In-shaft Surveying Resource, Duties Will Include
- Collecting high resolution point cloud data of the excavation
- Monitoring the excavation depth and diameter
- Maintaining the guidance system where applicable
- Monitoring the shaft alignment (plumb, rotation etc.)
- Setting out probe holes and drill patterns for blasting purposes where applicable
- Setting out lining pours and shaft installations such as brackets etc. as required
- Carrying out surveys of accident sites if required
- Carrying out as-built surveys of the lining (visual inspection and scans)
- Carrying out convergence monitoring within the completed shaft portion
