- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in all MEP systems to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage MEP-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the facility management team to resolve MEP-related issues.
