- Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of all MEP commissioning activities on the project/projects. Performing risk and value management and cost control functions. Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director Ensuring successful completion of these activities against the programme. Management of the specialist subcontractors. Reporting and meeting attendance, where you are computer literate. Dealing with the client and its representative in a professional and positive manner and representing the company in a best practice setting. Reviewing concise commissioning method statements. Being witnessed on-site testing and reporting on findings. Reviewing and commenting on the quality of M&E/MEP installation during the installation phase. Interfacing with utility companies. Managing water treatment.
