Our client, one of the countrys leading consumer law firms, are seeking an experienced solicitor/legal executive to join their growing EL/PL Team!
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years PQE
- Up to date knowledge of running of Fast Track/Multi-Track in line with current legal requirements
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules
- Litigation experience
- Experience handling cases from trial to inception
- Ability to work in a team and independently
Requirements
- Ensure cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Progress files in line with KPI targets
- Pursuing cases to conclusion
- Supervisory experience
