- Ensure preventive and corrective system maintenance is carried out as per manufacturer’s recommendations, international codes, and best industry practices.
- Provide functional and management support in relation to FM contract management. Ensure business continuity through provision of technical support to the Facility Maintenance contractor.
- Come up with strategy for future facility expansion, optimization in relation to all mechanical systems.
- Supervise all projects related to upgrade and rectification of Mechanical systems.
- Ensure the FM contractor is maintaining adequate spares for Mechanical systems.
- Train FM staff on Mechanical systems.
