Master Technician (4x4 Modifications)

This is aStart up going through Fit out phase of a new showroom. The successful candidate will report directly to theCo-Founders of the business and have the experience and the ability to promote growth through hiring the right team, displaying strong customer service to clients, sourcing and managing suppliers/vendors and so on.

Main scope of work:

• To oversee the operation and running of the showroom of Aftermarket4x4 parts.
• The right person will have experience sourcing Parts, advising customers, and supervising Technicians.
• Network and communicate with 4x4 parts suppliers
• Able to hire and lead technicians, train them, and develop their skills whilst overseeing the business
• Experience advising and dealing with Customers whistmanaging their expectations
• Building strong rapport with people in the 4x4 community

Requirements

• Experience with Aftermarket parts suppliers and performing installation of modifications to off-road vehicles
• Mechanical knowledge for aftermarket parts for 4x4 (Lift kits, suspensions etc).
• Enthusiastic about 4x4 modification and tuning parts
• At least 3 years in similar role (Master tech level)
• Mechanical engineering background
