We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to contribute to revenue growth by driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You will be reporting into our Co-Founders and work alongside a Marketing Manager and Web and Content Designer.

You will fulfill these responsibilities by:
- Strategic Development and Execution: Spearhead the development and implementation of Publitas' marketing plan, strategy, and tactics. This involves refining the company's positioning, go-to-market strategy, and market segmentation in collaboration with the executive team.
- Team Management and Leadership: Build, manage, and lead a high-performing marketing team. This includes overseeing freelancers and ensuring their deliverables align with company goals.
- Marketing Campaigns and Budget Management: Conducting high-level strategies and budget allocation per channel.
- Sales and Product Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales and product growth departments to align strategies and drive lead generation KPIs by increasing sales accepted leads.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitors and devise effective counter-strategies.
- Communication and Engagement Optimization: Utilize tools like Intercom/Hubspot to optimize communication and improve marketing effectiveness. This also involves owning and optimizing retention strategies for self-service customers.
- Target Audience Identification and Creative Marketing: Identify global target audiences and develop creative marketing ideas for acquisition and engagement. This includes leading global content strategy and creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Brand and Relationship Management: Maintain brand standards across all marketing and communication channels. Establish and manage global referral plans, and build relationships with key partners, influencers, and PR agencies for effective brand storytelling.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategy using tools like Rankmath, Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO tools. Develop a yearly content strategy aligned with product growth goals.
- Website and Marketing Tech Management: Ensure website optimization for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO. Manage and strategically grow the marketing tech stack and oversee website maintenance for optimal functionality.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation for market forecasts and reports. Track and report ROI across marketing activities.
- Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement: Establish marketing automation systems and utilize marketing automation tools for customer engagement.
- Conversion Strategies: Focus on conversion strategies from trial to customer.
- Event Participation and Networking: Identify and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.
