• Works with Senior Sales & Distribution Manager in order to identify opportunities for communication and promotional activities
• Analyze customer segmentation, identify opportunities, and define appropriate promotional plans for each specific segment
• Work with sales team in order to identify requirements for promotional campaigns, B2B and B2C
• Support the customer communication strategy through all available channels
• Liaise with PR&C department for the implementation of BTL promotional activities, including sales events and production of sales collaterals
• Monitor the compliance of any BTL / B2C marketing activity with the approved budget
• Play an integral part in generating new sales leads through outbound activities
• Drive and support the development and implementation of the customer social media strategy
