Job Description
• Develop and implement the marketing plan activities to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to all relevant target markets and address hotel business needs.
• Support sales team with the creation of marketing collateral and tactical promotions associated with the key market segments. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges as required.
• Focus on online reputation management and guest engagement. Monitor on line comments throughout all social media platforms.
• Manage hotel and OTAs website contents and ensure they are in line with brand guidelines.
