Look for new markets and customers via social networking, internet, and establish connect for appointment/ business discussion - Focus on new business development and work patiently to convert pipelines. - Initiate market research and call for meetings/discussions. - Convert to business from promotions, campaigns, target marketing, Direct Sales Programs, and processes - Generating revenue and meeting sales targets - Make customer assessment form before proceeding to order stage. - Be the ‘voice of the customer’, push the system if customer is not satisfied with service. - Maintain records on pricing, credit rating, couriers sent, and samples submitted to customers. - Coordinate Pre-order development of trims, packaging, and fabrics (if applicable). - Co-ordinate with sampling and design team for new product development. - Update & maintain customer database - Design & proof emblems, embroidery, and logo mats for prospects - Help transition new customers to Customer Service Continuously qualify prospects by phone to keep database updated - Provide daily activity report - Do competitor analysis and SWOT.
