- Ensuring smooth operations of production of meat and poultry products at the right specification, quality standards and production schedule in order to achieve the business targets and market customer demands
- Ensuring that the plant maintenance, machinery and spares inventory functions are optimized
- Achievement of agreed production yield target by minimizing wastage and application of lean management principles
