- Create, monitor, and review the 4D simulation of construction sequencing.
- Coordinate 4D information between planning, construction, control, and technical teams.
- Align model breakdown with the programme WBS.
- Prepare 4D models, monthly 4D progress reports and 4D constructability.
- Record 4D BIM issues in the observation reports.
- Perform QA /QC checks on 4D models and Validation for the information in the 4D models.
