- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mining, industrial, mechanical, chemical) or equivalent; preferably biased toward mining, mineral economics, or engineering related science.
- Lean six sigma black belt certified with significant project management and change management experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in overseen and driving operational and cost performance improvements, business process management, continuous improvement programs, or relevant field, preferrable in the mining industry.
