- To assume overall control of the Retail Departmental outputs and mandates and ensure the highest quality of service is provided to our clients. Financial Performance:
- Responsible for setting out business objectives, financial targets and revenue forecasting. Management, Operations, Marketing:
- To manage the department and be responsible for leading the team in terms of developing strategies, staff recruitment and management, budgets and business plans. Full support will be provided as necessary from our finance and internal management groups.
- To work with and interact with the business heads of otherdepartments and country heads to ensure the Retail Department are represented at all levels in terms of internal meetings, cross selling opportunities, coordinated business development initiatives etc.
- To be at the forefront of any public relations initiatives to drive the business.
