Job Description

- Serve as direct manager for all internal payroll individual contributors on the team
- Oversee internal payroll process, workflows across different worker types
- Create scalable payroll workflows
- Manage payroll and payment reporting for internal team members to our finance stakeholders.
- Manage implementation into Deel product lines
- Serve as final approver of payroll related functions (pay register and payslips)
- Assist in data audits with our People Tech and Analytics stakeholders to ensure data
