Job Description

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Economics / Accounting
  • Professional qualification– MBA in Finance or CFA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent

Experience Expected:

  • 7+ years of consulting experience focused on strategy formulation, business plans and feasibility studies, market assessments and commercial due-diligence engagements
  • 2-3 years experience in managing consulting teams
  • Proven track record of consulting sales, business development and proposal preparation

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale client engagements focused on strategy advisory.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services.
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Manage expectations of client service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  • Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
  • Possess in depth business acumen.
  • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct in-depth client, economic, industry and competitor research
  • Perform analysis of financial and operational performance
  • Independently build financial models commensurate to the different type of assignments
  • Prepare high-quality, Business plans and Strategy reports
  • Assist in pursuing relevant engagement opportunities by preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients
