- Co-create and continuously refine the content strategy for GTIL thought leadership to increase brand awareness and our share of voice globally
- Develop compelling content that emotionally connects with our audiences and encourages them to act by integrating brand and data-led campaigns as a key part of our content strategy, for both external and internal audiences
- Develop and distribute timely, relevant content for our global audiences
- Create customer-centric content journeys, narratives, and corresponding assets for each campaign, by bringing the relevant teams together in advance and leading them throughout the content process
- Inspire, motivate, and challenge the thinking of our internal teams when it comes to creating compelling relevant content
- Generate and share creative ideas to increase user engagement and spark these ideas with the team to help develop further
