- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
- English and Chinese (fluent written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Experience working in analysis, reporting systems, and platforms (Experienced in a support role preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools, excelling in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce, Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau is preferred
- Travel up to 10% (if applicable)
