•Establish customer support practices to ensure that customers receive excellent and consistent ICT service. Define roadmap for ICT maintenance and support activities across projects and deliver project plan based on standard SDLC methodologies to meet Supreme Committee’s strategic requirements.
•Provide recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
•Estimate the duration and work effort required of activities and project components and plan these accordingly using estimation techniques.
•Track support issues & allocate to the team members.
•Ensure that the support issues are being responded and resolved within the required SLA.
•Establish communication process with the stakeholders on issue resolution.
•Manage and address risk and issues related to operations and support by implementing the required risk management practices.
