- Must have good experience in maintenance filed / facilitiees management.
- Must have experience in MEP & Civil works especially HVAC.
- Should be able to allocate / cordinate team for works and arrange materials and tools for the same.
- Ability to work with others in a team to accomplish goals.
- Coordinate with installation, maintenance & repair works of cpompund / buildings.
